Making a Complete Hitter

Great hitters aren’t born, they’re built. At PPA, we go beyond just swinging the bat, breaking down mechanics and teaching athletes how to generate power, maintain consistency, and compete with confidence. Our hitting instruction blends technical work with live reps, focusing on timing, tempo, mechanics, vision and approach so players become true complete hitters. Baseball or softball, every session delivers the tools and feedback athletes need to adjust, adapt, and produce game-ready results.

Own the Mound

Dominant pitchers combine velocity, command, and smart pitch design — and we train all three. Our instruction focuses on mechanics that maximize arm health and efficiency, while also teaching situational awareness, sequencing, and mental toughness. Athletes leave with the tools to control the game from the mound.
Fielding & Defense

Own the Field

Defense is about more than making routine plays — it’s about confidence, quick reactions, and consistency under pressure. At PPA, athletes learn the footwork, glove work, and body control that separate elite defenders from average ones.
From infielders mastering smooth transfers and strong throws, to outfielders perfecting routes, crow hops, and recovery drills, we cover every detail. Our training sharpens instincts, builds a reliable “internal clock,” and develops the mindset to anticipate and execute every play. Whether infield or outfield, our athletes leave no doubt they can handle the game’s toughest defensive moments.
Catching

Master the Mask

The catcher is the leader on the field, the one who sees everything, controls the game, and earns the pitcher’s trust. At PPA, we train catchers to become complete game managers by combining advanced mechanics with leadership skills.
Our program builds receiving, blocking, footwork, and accurate throws to every base, while also sharpening pitch calling, communication, and the mental side of catching. Athletes learn how to handle pitchers, control the tempo, and keep runners in check.

Speed & Agility
Learning how to run properly while adding strength and explosiveness with light load kinetic training will add one more advantage to your game. Jumping power output equals speed. We offer a large variety of training techniques and areas: Form Running, Jump Training, Power Running, Lateral Quickness, Speed Training...just to name a few!
Strength & Conditioning
Getting bigger and stronger is the name of the game. By using the right amount of aerobic and anaerobic exercises, an athlete will build both slow twitch and fast twitch muscle fibers. This will keep them quick and explosive which equates to POWER.
Nutrition Counseling
Eating the right foods before and after training can be a tool to help in the growing process. Good fats, good carbs, and protein are on the menu. Good food is fuel for any athlete trying to get that competitive edge.
