Before PPA, the main problem was with my daughter's swinging mechanics, impacting her performance and potential negatively, as she wasn't hitting up to her capabilities. The standout quality was not only fixing her mechanics but also providing valuable mental coaching for in-game scenarios. Since working with Rick, her batting average has risen to around .350, her slugging percentage has doubled, and she's hit 25 home runs. She is just a sophomore in high school. These results have significantly boosted her confidence and overall performance.
