Policies

At Prieto’s Power Alley, we want every athlete and family to have the best training experience possible. To keep our schedule organized and fair to all, please review and follow these policies.

Attendance & Punctuality

  • Athletes are expected to arrive on time and ready to train.
  • Consistent attendance is key to development, so please make training a priority.

Cancellations & Reschedules

  • Cancellations & Reschedules: 24 hours’ notice required.
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the lesson being charged in full.
  • To reschedule, please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Payments

  • All lessons, workshops, and rentals must be paid in advance to confirm your spot.
  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Check, Card, Venmo
  • Lesson credits must be used within 3 months.

Refunds & Credits

  • No refunds will be issued for missed lessons or unused package sessions.
  • If an instructor cancels, clients may reschedule.
  • Special cases (injury, extended illness, etc.) will be handled individually.

Facility Rules

  • Only water bottles are permitted on the turf.
  • Parents are welcome to observe but must remain in designated seating areas.
  • Video recording is allowed only with instructor approval.
  • All athletes must treat staff, equipment, and fellow athletes with respect.
Policy

Cancellation & Payment Policy

All instruction is to be paid prior to the first session and is non-refundable. Clients may cancel up to 24 HOURS PRIOR to the beginning of a scheduled training session. Anything cancelled closer than 24 hours to training will be charged for that session or forfeits a lesson if you had purchased a package, regardless of the reason. If an individual misses a team practice, that will not be made up.
All packaged lessons expire in the following time frames:
Hitting, Fielding, Pitching – 9 weeks from date of 1st lesson Speed & Agility, Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning – 90 days from date of 1st lesson
If a session is missed due to illness, team practice, games, etc. it is the client’s responsibility to contact PPA at least 24 hours in advance. Once the 24 hour period has ended, the lesson must be attended or will not be rescheduled, refunded, or credited back to your account.
If the lesson is cancelled due to weather or instructor conflicts, PPA will contact the client for a make-up session.
PPA reserves the right to ban players, teams, and/or parents from the facility, WITHOUT REFUND, if they are disruptive to the environment or players, disrespectful to staff members, become a safety concern to others, purposefully damage equipment, or steal from the facility.

FULL payment is required, up front, before participation in any PPA activity or instruction.
Payments can be made by cash, check, or Paypal. Returned checks will be subject to a $25.00 NSF fee and you will no longer be able to pay by check.
